- $30 - $199.95: Shipping rate = $17.95
- Above $200: Shipping rate = FREE
- $0 - $29.95: Shipping rate = $24.95
- $30 - $199.95: Shipping rate = $64.95
- Above $200: Shipping rate = $94.95
International shipping rates:
Standard flat rate shipping (Australia Post International 5-10 business days) - $74.95 (for orders $0 - $450) and $124.95 (for orders $450 +)

A selected range of our products are ready-made with shipping offered within 24 hours of purchase. These selected products will have these details specifically listed.
We accept payments through our secure payment processing system via credit or debit card, PayPal and Afterpay. If you wish to pay by direct deposit, please get in touch with us and we will send you an invoice with our business bank account details.
Quotes & Invoices for NDIS and service providers
We are more than happy to provide valid quotes/invoices required for NDIS and other support funds. Please get in touch via email with the following details:
Your name, email, phone, and postage address for the delivery of items. Plus the name and contact details of your service provider that you require the invoice to directed to. We can either send you the quote/invoice to forward on to your provider, or we are happy to send directly to your provider on your behalf. Just let us know how we can best help you through this process.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind purchases. Should there be any issues with your purchase, we will do everything we can to either fix the issue or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. If the customer is required to return the item to us, the buyer is responsible for return postage. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover postage for the replacement item.

How to care for your weighted blankets, weighted cushions and weighted toys:
- Spot clean or hand wash entire product in cold soapy water.
- Or machine wash entire product on a cold gentle cycle (*please refer to your washing machine loading capacity to determine safe weight load before use.*)
- Do not tumble dry. Do not apply any heat as this can damage the colours and softness of the fabrics.
- Lay flat or line dry outside.
- For longer pile faux fur textures, give it a little brush to re-fluff!
