All our products are designed and manufactured in Australia. We ship worldwide from our HQ in Newcastle NSW and offer convenient rates based on order value.

We ship through Australia Post International (6-14 business days). Rates start at $24.95 and increase based on your order value and weight of items.

 

Production time

All our products are made to order using the highest quality fabrics and care to make the best product for you.

Our Furry Delights night lights are generally ready to ship within 24 hours.

Our weighted products production time can vary between 1 - 5 business days - please don't hesitate to get in contact if you have any specific questions or requests. We will do everything we can to meet your requirements to create the best products and outcomes for our customers.

 

Payment Options

We accept payments through our secure payment processing system via credit or debit card, PayPal and Afterpay. If you wish to pay by direct deposit, please get in touch with us and we will send you an invoice with our business bank account details.

Quotes & Invoices for NDIS and service providers

We are more than happy to provide valid quotes/invoices required for NDIS (Plan and Self Managed) and other support funds. Please get in touch via email with the following details:

Your name, email, phone, and postage address for the delivery of items. Plus the name and contact details of your service provider that you require the invoice to directed to. We can either send you the quote/invoice to forward on to your provider, or we are happy to send directly to your provider on your behalf. Just let us know how we can best help you through this process.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the customised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind purchases. Should there be any issues with your purchase, we will do everything we can to either fix the issue or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. If the customer is required to return the item to us, the buyer is responsible for return postage. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover postage for the replacement item.

The happiness and satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us and we will happily work with you to find the best solution that meets your needs. Care Instructions

How to care for your weighted products:

• Spot clean or hand wash entire product in cold soapy water.
• Or machine wash entire product on a cold gentle cycle (*please refer to your washing machine loading capacity to determine safe weight load before use.*)
• Do not tumble dry. Do not apply any heat as this can damage the colours and softness of the fabrics.
• Lay flat or line dry outside.
• For longer pile faux fur textures, give it a little brush to re-fluff!

Well, on the surface it's as simple as it sounds... a weighted blanket is a blanket that is heavy, much heavier than a regular blanket.

How does it work?

The weight acts as a type of deep touch pressure (DTP) stimulation that engages the proprioceptive sensory system. DTP is gentle, distributed pressure on the body, which can be achieved through the use of weighted blankets, weighted laps, cushions and toys, massages and even hugs!

When the weighted pressure is gently applied to your body serotonin levels are increased and your nervous system relaxes.
